Raw food is for You


There is a new wave of health sweeping the world.  People want to take back their power specifically in the area of their health.  In todays society where most people are deluded and pre-programmed to choose food which is detrimental to their body (and they know it) it doesnt take long for people to realize the impact that cooked stodge & processed food has on physical and mental well being.  People are seeking the truth and answers to their ailments and disease and even though it is easy to go to a doctor for advice, there are so many other health alternatives available it seems mindless to seek something other than a natural remedy.

This is why raw foods are for you.  What other way forward is there for humanity when we have been served up cooked stodge for what seems like a lifetime, and the cellulite/fat/numbing of the brain to show for it.  Becoming an illuminated human is a conscious choice that each and every one of us will have to make. Choosing foods which help us means weaning ourselves off the addictive MSG; Soy; packaged mass produced crap, and choosing more natural alternatives to regain control of our physical and mental states. 

It is not easy when most people are still being brought up on Happy Meals and Doughnuts.  In the future these foods may still exist, but the lies and deceit that have been served up to consumers has most recently popped the lid on the can of toxic worms for all to see.  The truth is there if you dare to look.  If you buy without looking at the ingredients these days, you are either fast asleep in a trance or maybe you are fully aware of your choices but your taste buds are getting the better of you.

This is why choosing raw foods in an unadulterated natural state is closer to nature and optimal for health and less of an experiment on humanity (which you have to pay for).  Choosing raw foods is one step closer to regaining your mind and lassoing those addictions which keep you trapped in vicious taste bud cycle.

Choosing to be a conscious consumer means being proactive with your shopping trolley (cart) and just saying No!  This can be really hard at first when we as a human species have for decades been hardwired to choose foods which can be described as self abusive.  Why else would we eat something which is detrimental to our physical state?  Eating some of those chips or doughnuts is probably the same fix as hard drugs and just like addicts we would rather deny it and blame the food industry rather than own up to our own addictions.

Take back your power by changing your daily habits and implementing more raw foods into your diet/lifestyle.  The physical and mental results are almost instantaneous, not only will you feel more empowered but you will feel like you are feeding your body rather than indulging in a guilty pleasure.  We are powerful conscious creators and we need to treasure this physical body so our options are to home it to perfection or to wreck and distort it beyond all recognition. 

Choose more raw foods and look forward to creating a vision of yourself which is more in alignment with nature and your perfected self.
