GOLDEN PAPER FOR DIET




I made this diet before and I lost 4 kilo for the week
I wish you all the same result and I will start with diet rules

for getting the target and lost Wight and become healthy we should do these things
follow the instruction
1-dont left diet before fixing weight
2- read and follow eating system

allowed

  1. two cup of tea & 1 cup of Nescafe or coffee
  2. lemons with diet sugar-1/2 cup of milk
  3. replacement days with each other



  4. using tomato with vegetables and pasta without oil or butter



  5. lettuce and cumber between meals with any amount



  6. vegetables allowed stanch-beans-kosa-akra-artichoke-broccli-cabbage-molokhia

forbidden

ketchup-mayonnaise-ghee-butter


things made with more solt

 pens-carrots-beets-potato-tro-indomi

eating while watching tv

add bread more than written in diet

gathering meals or change any kind of food with bread

 measuring weight before a week


its a must

*eating very slowly
let 6 hours between every meal
drink 3 litter of water every day
walking 1/2 hour every day
heal Constipation


this diet is very good i tried it while I was suckle my first children i wish you will try it ,it was safe and     effective I wish you will share me all your opinion I will like it and other people and me can benefit we can benefit each other and share experience

and I am asking you a favor to forgive me about my week English some times because I learned in local school in Egypt so forgive me my first language is Arabic I am trying so if you find difficult to understand any part please ask me

diet pasta

little cup of pasta before boil add to it sauce then add solt - Pepper - Herbs - Spices - Magi Vegetables

diet rise

one little cup before boil and but one cup of water to it then add solt- Spices - Magee Vegetables

diet mahshi

use the same way to make rise then add tomato- Pepper - Herbs - Spices - Magee Vegetables-mint
and put it all in kossaor cabbage or eggplant

diet vegetables

  Vegetables Soup or Cooked on steam and add tomatos-onion Spices - Magee Vegetable


diet omlet

heated a piece of mozzarella cheese and add egg to it

diet chicken-fish and meat

cut Skin or fat then boil it or grilled 
add to it onion-solt-pepper-lemons-spices-herbs-vinegar

diet potatoes

put it in water one day before eating you can make it boil and add solt -pepper and garlic you can grill it after boilor you can put tomatoes and onion and herb and put it on oven

Tips for lactating mothers

healthy food

    1. drink a lot of water and juice without sugar To maintain the amount of water.

      2-eating Proteins that found in meat, chicken and fish boiled or grilled.

      3-drink 5 cups of Mint - fennel-Anise-Racetrack-caraway.put dill on slate to increase milk.

      4-care with sports and waking To strengthen the abdominal muscles and reduce the rummer.

      5-dont take any of Slimming medication else asking doctors.Attention to eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals like fresh, vegetables and fruits.
